How are Hours Reported
We report your credits through SBS, a state-approved third party vendor, within one business day (except holidays, reporting will be done on next business day). The department receives the credits from SBS and recognizes the date you passed/completed the exam as the date of completion. It is not based upon the day we report the hours to them.
