Your course history will list the courses you passed or failed. If you passed a course, you'll see a "Print certificate" button on the right, allowing you to print your certificate for your records.

How are Hours Reported

We report your credits through SBS, a state-approved third party vendor, within one business day (except holidays, reporting will be done on next business day). The department receives the credits from SBS and recognizes the date you passed/completed the exam as the date of completion. It is not based upon the day we report the hours to them.

Course Repetition

Courses may not be taken more than once in each renewal period.

Carry-over Hours

Up to 12 CE credits can be carried over. Carryover Ethics credits will only be counted as general credits and not extra ethics credits.
