Certificate of Completion

To get your certificate of completion, log in to our website using your username and password. Then, look at the menu on the left and find "Course History." Your course history will list the courses you passed or failed. If you passed a course, you'll see a "Print certificate" button on the right, allowing you to print your certificate for your records.

How are Hours Reported

We report your credits through Sircon, a state-approved third party vendor, within one business day (except holidays, reporting will be done on next business day). The department receives the credits from Sircon and recognizes the date you passed/completed the exam as the date of completion. It is not based upon the day we report the hours to them.

Course Repetition

Neither a student nor an instructor may earn credit for attending or instructing any continuing education course more than once during a two-year period.

Carry-over Hours

No continuing education credit hours may be carried over from one two-year period to the next two-year period.
